The Deltek VantagePoint connectors brings together the strengths and advantages of software products into one holistic ERP solution.
Developed by smartsoftware, the Vantage Point – Xero connector enables the flow of accounting transactions through VantagePoint into Xero via an API connector. An intermediary web application provides for a validation process allowing finance team users to vet transactions prior to transactions flowing-through to Xero.
Transactions are reviewed on a pending list to ensure there is correct mapping into Xero’s chart of accounts, with alerts for any incorrect coding. Once processed transactions are flagged for completed mapping, they are removed from the pending list.
Pass-through transactions can include client invoicing, time capture transactions, consultant expenses tailored for a client’s processing and reporting requirements. There is two-way mapping of supplier and client contact information.
