At Replicon, we’re committed to helping project-based organizations simplify time tracking and workforce management, improve project planning, and strengthen labor compliance management. In our latest release, we’re excited to introduce new capabilities — from smarter timesheets, time off validation rules, and shift scheduling. to expanded global pay rules coverage — all designed to drive greater efficiency, flexibility, and accuracy across your business. Let’s explore these exciting enhancements:
Assign Timesheet Templates in Advance for Smooth Employee Transitions
Now, managers and supervisors can set up new timesheet templates ahead of time when employees move to new departments, projects, or locations. You can choose the exact date for the new template to start and view past timesheet assignments — making transitions smooth, reducing last-minute changes, and saving valuable time.

Simplified Shift Scheduling for Project Managers
With our latest update, project managers can now easily assign shifts to employees who are working on their projects. This is especially helpful when project managers handle both project management and shift scheduling for their teams. While shifts are not directly tied to projects, this flexibility ensures managers can better coordinate employee schedules, improve project planning, and drive overall efficiency — all in one place.
Simplify Shift Scheduling for Project Managers
Track All Shift Changes with Our New Audit Report
Easily monitor shift updates with our new Shift Audit Report. This report tracks all changes made to employee shift assignments — whether it’s assigning a new shift, editing an existing one, or deleting a shift. With complete visibility into shift adjustments, managers can maintain better control, ensure transparency, and make more informed workforce planning decisions.

Project Managers Now Have Visibility into Employee Leave Requests
Enable project managers to plan and forecast project requirements more accurately with real-time visibility into employee time off. With our latest update, project managers get real-time visibility into employee absences within project timelines, once the ‘Team Time Off’ permission is enabled. This enhancement helps project managers to plan better, stay on schedule, and deliver project success.
Project Managers Have Visibility into PTOs
Improved Visibility and Control Over Deletion of Leave Requests
Our latest update gives you more control over employee PTO bookings. Now, you can set specific rules for deleting past and future bookings, such as allowing deletions only for bookings up to a certain number of months in the past. Additionally, you can decide when approval is needed for deleting a booking.
More Control Over Deletion of Leaves
Our Latest Updates to Time Off Accruals
We have released an update to yearly or monthly time off accrual with expiry and rounding. This update enables automatic recalculation of leave balance when an end date is added to the employee profile. We have also fixed an issue that occasionally caused incorrect time off balance expiry.
Manage Belgium’s Maternity Leave Requirements with Our New Validation Rule
Stay compliant with Belgium’s maternity leave policies using our new time off booking validation rule. This rule ensures that maternity leave starts before a specified due date. For example, if an employee’s due date is May 7 and she tries to start leave on May 5, the system will flag it and prompt her to book at least seven days earlier. This update simplifies compliance with time off policies, avoid manual checks, and ensures alignment with regional labor laws.

Extended Pay Rules Coverage for Uzbekistan and British Virgin Islands
Replicon now offers built-in configurability for complex pay rules in Uzbekistan and the British Virgin Islands, strengthening our pay rules coverage across 145+ jurisdictions in 75+ countries.
- For Uzbekistan, we support daily overtime calculations, a 1-hour work reduction for employees working mainly night hours, and a new timesheet validation rule to restrict employees from working more than 4 hours across two consecutive days — helping you better manage compliance and employee well-being.
- For the British Virgin Islands, we support daily and weekly overtime calculations, along with payroll for work performed on holidays and rest days. This helps you better manage compliance while accurately compensating your employees for additional hours.
With these updates, you can better manage a global labor workforce, reduce manual effort, and protect your organization from regulatory and non-compliance risks.
