Smartsoftware General Manager, Ian Harry has today revealed major developments which will dramatically change the way the Australian software company supports its customers, whilst at the same time announcing that they have been appointed Asia Pacific International Reseller for Deltek TrafficLIVE.
“This appointment is a major advancement for Smartsoftware which has been a Deltek Partner since 2000. It galvanises our alliance with Deltek – which is a leading software developer with more than 20,000 customers and millions of users – and opens up a whole new industry sector for us to provide leading ERP solutions to.”
“The timing of this announcement from Deltek is significant because it comes at the same time as Smartsoftware celebrates its 20th anniversary. Over the years we have built a reputation as a trusted provider and support provider of world-leading ERP software, predominantly to the AEC and Creative Services sectors in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.”
“More recently we have brought on additional expertise and resources and reshaped the business. This has allowed us to step out into a dynamic new direction. Smartsoftware is strengthening its reputation as a ‘trusted advisor’ and technology partner. We now have the ability to take a broader look at a business and help to advise it in the right direction. This is a mentoring role which goes beyond software products”, added Mr Harry.
He said customers will benefit greatly from the change of direction because it means they have a trustworthy and reliable partner with global resources willing to walk alongside them and equip them in order to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of their business.
